You can import items from a spreadsheet (CSV format) - click on the 'Import from CSV file' link on the left hand side, you may need to scroll down.
From there you will be taken to the following page, click on 'Generate CSV template'.
Open the template in your usual spreadsheet program and add your collection data. You can change the headings if you wish.
Save the file as CSV format and click Browse to locate it in your filesystem. Then click 'Upload CSV data'. If successful you will see a page similar to the following. Click Confirm to add the entries to your collection.
